"Seamless check in, front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. I had overnight flight from Toronto that landed in Bogota very early morning, Front desk staff gave me check in options that were very reasonable and accommodating. Support staff in the lobby and restaurant was also very helpful. Room was very clean and spacious with good internet connection and flat screen TV. Buffet breakfast was very good with lots of variety. I felt very safe walking in the area. Lots of good restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Enjoyed my stay here"
