The room had very worn bedding and towels,exposed electrical wires,no plug for sink, and very rusty waste bin, but the most distressing thing was my son saw a rat in the kitchen.l feel we should be entitled to at least a refund.

Overall a great experience in a true 5 star. Everything is nice, modern, well maintained, with nice and helpful service. Pool is great and calm, spa is beautiful and professional, restaurants are very good. Breakfast is rich. In short, recommended.
