The property is very well situated in an ideal area of Panama and is clean and well kept.
Their “secret sauce” so to say is their staff and entire team from the restaurant staff to the cleaning crew charged with keeping the room sanitized and fresh everyday.

Special recognition for the Hyatt Guest Services/ Concierge, Erika. If she’s not the manager of that department, she should be! Ericka was especially attentive to providing outstanding customer relations, assisting with info of the area, tours, restaurants and coordinating with the hotel our requests.
We were in town and celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. Upon our return to the hotel, we were surprised with a lovely handwritten card from Erika on behalf of Hyatt (nice touch) a beautiful & delicious desert and a bucket of our favorite mineral water. It was so very timely after a long day of Panama tours. Erika recommended a few dishes at the hotel’s Resturant and yet again she delivered a home run.
God willing, when we return to Panama, we most definitely look forward to returning to the Hyatt Regency. Returning would be like visiting a dear friend. I’ve traveled accross the world and the level of customer service delivery by Erika and her team ranks right up there with top Michelin hotels. Thank you very much, Erika for making our stay memorable."
