"I used a fan in the room. It worked well. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. Lots of nearby restaurants and cafes. Its easy to get around walking. I walked to Chapultepec in 30 minutes. Ubers can easily pick up/drop off on this one way street location. I only wish rooms had a refrigerator. "

The bedroom did not have air conditioning, and we were told we would have to pay extra for it. The bathroom towels were not replaced during our stay, so we had to reuse them, and the bedroom was not cleaned either. The walls are made of drywall, so you can hear everything. The doors are made of glass, which makes the noise even worse—you can clearly hear people talking in the lobby, even though we were staying on the third floor. The hotel is very well located, but I would not recommend it. It was so hot that some guests had to leave their doors open to get some air.
