"Marena (our server on the beach for several days) was fantastic!!!! Room service and housekeeping staff were also great and very attentive and friendly. Our biggest down side was the number of people attempting to sell us trinkets on the beach. We were hounded everyday by these people trying to sell things. That was VERY annoying. "Just a regular location, nothing too special about it. Beach is a 10min walk but the mall is literally next door. Cleanliness is bad, had to ask the hotel folks to come up and clean it again.
The pool on the roof is amazing but expect loud music and alot of crowd on good days. Food at the Azulinda restaurant is fantastic!"
