"I like the place it’s in a great area! It looks clean
However the beds had ants, bed bugs , the sheets had makeup , lights wouldn’t work, restroom glass door was not attached and restroom was small and clogged. Only one elevator works and only 2 people fit in it . Other than that thank yall for the hostage it had a 7 eleven right next to it and coco bongo was close !"

"Complimentary breakfast is false and misleading- it’s one slice of toast
We were locked out of the hotel building at 1am
Sheets were dirty, asked to change twice because both times there were still dirty
Door to balcony was faulty didn’t open
Non responsive staff via WhatsApp, went down to contact them and they sent me right back up and said text the WhatsApp and still no reply.
Horrible stay overall, missing items"

"We weren't aware that the property was under renovations. Beach chairs were never cleaned
Constantly had children in the adult only area. While I understand the inconveniences of renovation, the furniture in the registration area was so dirty I did not sit on it. This area is a guest's first impression and it was definitely unacceptable. We have been to various properties in the hotel zone and we will not be recommending this one."

"This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Cancun. The rooms were dirty, the furniture was old, worn out, and broken, and we found roaches in both the bedroom and the bathroom. The overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable, and it did not match the standards that were advertised. I would not recommend staying here and definitely would not return."
