"Awesome property. North shopping centre is right at the doorstep. Train station 5 mins walk. Although there was smell of dampness in the hallway both bottom and top so could do better in that situations. Otherwise cant complain. Beds are perfect. Warm. Thanks heaps"

The simple continental breakfast I ordered was great and very reasonable. The bed was clean and comfortable with enough pillows and good bed linen. The bathroom was very tired and in need of renovation at some stage BUT it was very clean and functional so was good enough for my short stay. I appreciated the plunger coffee...

"Have stayed at this location multiple times, with each and every occasion being absolutely wonderful! The staff are so lovely and the rooms are always in impeccable condition with a wide variety of ammenities that I still keep being pleasantly surprised by. I always reccommend Totara Lodge when friends and family mention wanting to find lodging near Wellington and have yet to hear any bad reviews from them either!"

Went to see if we could change rooms in the morning but got put into a studio for 3 people with one bed. Went to see if we could change agaun but all I got was *this will be the third room* and honestly Saba caur who was duty manager but couldn't supply me with any business card or form of proof as I asked for her name was just...

"A great place for a three person business stay. Eveyone was happy with their room. Beds were comfortable and nicely fitted. Bathroom was a bit basic but very clean. When I had a water pressure issue in my shower they waited my room without hesitation."
