"So apparently expedia doesn't let you specifically choose which tiny home your getting or you might even end up getting an Airstream instead. I booked 2 tiny homes and thought they would lofted ones like pictures show. Ended up getting not a loft one and also ended up not even getting a tiny home for the booking. Got an Airstream instead. In the tiny home too the counter aka tables had stools that almost touched the top of them so cant really sit under them. And my wife was also to work remote....

"Would NOT recommend. The hotel is definitely showing its age. Not 3-5 years, more like 30-40 years. They put a $50 per NIGHT hold on your Credit Card. Bathroom, clean, almost functional. Shower knobs sort of work. No ability for a bath. No TV, says “Weak or No Signal. Be aware, there is no one at the front desk, ever. No breakfast, but a 10% discount at the restaurant next door — for breakfast. Overall, very disappointing facility and experience. "

"Grand Vista Hotel was fabulous! It had a restaurant that had delicious food at reasonable prices, which was great after a long day driving. Comfy beds, good breakfast and very helpful staff! Highly recommended!"

"Wow! Close to Grand Junction airport - so we stayed our first and last days of a 7 day national park quest. Beautifully decorated rooms. Great breakfasts. Easy to find and park!"

"I’ve slept in all kinds of hotels that are closer to freeways or highways but none nearly as loud as this one. This property had zero insulation keeping any noise out, it was one of the first things we noticed after getting to our room. You could hear every car and every individual semi go by, virtually no difference when you opened the window. It woke me up every time I was starting to fall asleep in bed. We called the front desk and they did not have any other rooms on the other side of the...

"Checked in the first room. Took a nap and woke up to the TV pulling off the wall and falling on top of the dresser. Moved to second room and the A/C unit was making a loud clicking noise. Won't be able to sleep. Moved to third room and when I took a shower the next morning the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all empty. Not a good experience."

"Not clean. Hair from previous guests all over the bathroom. Shower had no hot water (this was fixed once I contacted the front desk from my cell phone because the room phone was broken). Overall, it was rundown and I feel like I overpaid even though it was the least expensive option available. "

"With no other rooms in town available (graduation weekend), we had to stay at the Econolodge for $300+ per night. It was outrageous and the hotel wasn't even full. Price gouging should be illegal especially when someone is traveling with a senior citizen. This place would have been "ok" at $75-100/night, but at this rate it was unacceptable."

"Sigh...I am not delighted with the Clarion in GJT. The rate quoted was $219. The next night was $375. Close to $700 bucks for an average hotel. For this kind of money, I'd expect soap at the batheroom sink, a list of TV channels available, and no charge for parking. I wasn't terrible, just a horrible shocking price for an average property."
