"The front desk staff were super friendly! The room was large ,clean and the bed was super comfortable. We were not there long enough to use the pool but it looked so refreshing"

"Pros: Enjoyed a cocktail at the reception desk, a really nice experience after a long drive. Nice location, easy walking distance to town. Good Mexican food at Felix’s. Mattress, towels, linens, soap, shampoo etc all high-quality. Great light but satisfying breakfast: yogurt parfait, good coffee. Cons: Receptionist was efficient though not terribly friendly. Air conditioner was noisy enough that it affected our sleep. It’s something I mentioned to the owners via a text that they never responded...

"This boutique motel is the perfect place to plan your visit to Palisade around. The hosts are great. The rooms are fresh and spotless. The backside of the property gives you great views and added space to sit out and enjoy a coffee in the morning or an end of day beverage. There’s nothing I would change. This was my second stay here and it will not be my last."

"The room bed linens and towels were clean but the floors and hard surfaces were not clean and the hotel rooms did not smell fresh. The public bathroom dispenser did not have soap and overall it just did not feel like cleanliness was a priority. I will not stay at this location again."

"The inside and rooms coukd use a face-lift. For what we paid for the room, I thought it would be more modern but it was outdated. Staff were amazing. We were greeted when we came in and left. Friendly, kind and caring."

"The carpet had dust around the edges and corners that had not been cleaned in a long time, hard to even see out windows, landscaping in poor shape and we were on fourth floor with window to backside Property on this side had trash everywhere and pallets strewn about."

"The front desk staff that we encountered were very friendly. Just wish the room, specifically the bedding was clean. The fitted sheet had a crusty spot about hand sized. Hair, that was not ours. Something splattered on the bed skirt. We were too exhausted to care, just laid down towels and slept on top of that."

"We really enjoyed everything from the friendly and helpful staff to the clean room and very decent breakfast. The bar in the lobby had the World Cup games and an amazing bartender with great drinks. Definitely will stay there next time in GJ!"
