"It was a very busy weekend for the hotel, and it showed with overflowing trash cans inside and outside. Our room wasn't vacuumed thoroughly, but the rest of it was clean. The hot food at breakfast was excellent. The only thing missing was some yogurt and fresh fruit other than oranges."

"When I arrived it was filthy - the floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks, there was garbage laying in the halls, the hallway garbages were so full and were overflowing onto the ground, the chairs in the dining room were also very worn and I didn’t feel comfortable sitting in them. ..."
