I didn’t like my stay & requested a refund they said no I never stayed in the room that night & the front desk closed at 930 not 10 the manager is a jerk he has no class would never stay or recommend anyone here

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I booked this room online and prepaid. When I arrived, I was told rudely that the hotel was sold out. When I told the lady at the front desk that I booked through hotels.com and prepaid, she told me that I would get a refund through hotels.com. It's been 3 days and now no one at the hotel will authorize my refund. I ended up driving my family to another hotel. I am VERY dissatisfied. Especially with hotels.com for not backing the customer. I have used hotels.com for a very long time. Not anymore!

What a worst human being, hotel owner of Regency

We booked and prepaid for this hotel months ahead, when we got to the hotel that night, basically this hotel refused our stay even though I have paid for it. He said the ownership changed. Why didn't he contact me or hotels.com when this hotel is no longer operating, according to the new hotel owner, they switched to a new owner. We were kicked out of the hotel office, not even allowing us to contact hotels. com for alternative accommodation, the new hotel owner is a barbarian! I have never seen as decent human being behaved the way towards us. I will never, ever stay with you, OYO again, name of the hotel when I booked, nor should you book Regency Inn, now called.

NIGHTMARE

Horrible place of business. No one at the hotel when we got there last night. Paid $50 didnt get to stay and hotels.com will not give our money back. My family of 4 had to sleep in the car. Very deceiving, and hotels.com cares more about policies then thier loyal customers. Extremely disappointed in both oyo and hotels.com

I feel ripped off!

I did not stay at the hotel. When my son went to the hotel to register he was told there was a flood and no room available. When I called to make sure that my money was returned, it was denied stating that I did not show. I complained and was told to contact Hotels.com. When I contacted Hotels.com, they contacted the hotel who told them that my adult child tried to register and children cannot register. I was told that I would hear back in 48 hours. It has been 48 hours, and nothing but this survey!

Worst place in America

It was the worst hotel experience ever in my life! Roaches everywhere, tv didn’t work, no bathroom door, the key to the rooms didn’t work. Ever time we had to get back in the room we had to call maintenance! They need to shut this place down ASAP cause it’s nothing healthy and safe!!

The mattress and boxspring was stained the comforter was stained there were cockroaches holes in the walls there are no trash can no ice bucket no towels no toilet tissue in the room overall the place is disgusting and I don't even know how it's in business

By mistake I booked a room at 10:30 pm at this hotel that closes the reception at 10:00 pm. I called them to their useless number in Puerto Rico that never works. I thought that they could easily refund me or change the date but NO, they decided to take my money. No ethics, like someone who sees that your wallet drops and decide to take it. After one and a half month and two emails they didn't contact me. Don't give money to companies like OYO hotels.
