First I will start off with the front desk clerk Kristi, she was absolutely AMAZING, from our initial check in to me inquiring about the absolute pleasant smell inside the entire hotel. Her customer service was second to none, and then there was Shannon, and I couldn’t figure out if she was a manager or employee because she was doing it...
