Decent size room, comfortable bed, convenient kitchen, adequate storage space for luggage and clothing. Room had larger fridge, two-burner cooktop, microwave and dishwasher, dishes, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. There was no TV remote, no forks, no cups in the bathroom, no lighting over the kitchen countertop, no pen or paper and the only tissue box was almost empty. One elevator seemed to be out of order. The coffee and snack bar in the lobby had all junk food and was overpriced. The reclining chair in the box was horribly uncomfortable. Staff was okay but not too friendly. They could speak up a little to their guests and smile more. It's definitely only a three-star hotel but it will do for a short stay.

The room was spotless. The staff was exceptionally, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Jai was provided extraordinary customer service by welcoming me and my cousin to the hotel every day and helping us with our questions. Her kindness and professionalism reflect extremely well on Candlewood Suites. Looking forward to my next stay at this hotel.

We had a beautiful trip to the Boston area, which was made so much better being able to come back to this hotel and relax. The room was clean, comfortable, with everything you needed for an extended stay.
