"Our room was very comfortable and clean. Parking was right out front for us. There were plenty of carts to use to move luggage. Whoever chose the sinks/faucets for the bathrooms needs a lesson in design. Nice big "squarish" sinks but the faucet was so short (not necessarily height but length of spout) that whenever you washed your hands you couldn't help but flood the countertop around the faucet. It barely stuck out 2 inches from the counter. Dumb! We did not take advantage of breakfast so...

"For 3 nights we liked the nice sized pretty clean, old style room and bathroom. Small very cold fridge and microwave with light & clock were nice. A/C was cold & controlled by unit at window & found out it was only a thermostat on wall. Bed felt nice but white sheets & pillows looked very dingy. No bed spread, only off white sheets. "Beware they will charge you for parking. $7 a day. Was not in any of the communication before stay. Hotel was good. Close to Zoo."

"The elevator was done for hours. Had to walk the stairs. Breakfast was ok but sausage could have been cooked longer. Front desk clerk was very nice and apologized for any inconvenience we experienced. Cleaning staff only dropped off fresh towels and wash clothes but didn’t make beds or clean bathroom when we left for the day. She also didn’t remove the dirty towels we left in a pile on the floor. Besides that it was an ok stay."

"The room I was in was clean and comfortable, however the courtyard and landscaping could use some attention and updating but All together the property was nice. The staff were very nice and friendly, the pool was clean and is salt water filtered which I was very impressed with! I would give it a 4 on a scale of 1-5. Family friendly, I would stay there again!"
