"Everyone was helping"

"The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. There was a large loud group and she made sure we were far away from that. Our room ac was not working and they walked us through on how to fix it. It didn’t blow super cool but it did work. Room remained pretty humid. Comfortable room, the shower door was off the track and my husband fixed that. All and all an ok stay especially for the location price and vicinity to where we wanted to be."

"We always stay here when we visit family in Wichita. Pet-friendly and a beautiful walking path and park right behind the hotel. Friendly staff, breakfast is very good, and rooms are clean and modern. Very close to shopping, restaurants and staff is very accomodating and friendly."

"Rooms were very modern, spacious and clean. The beds were soooo comfortable. While we were there the dryer broke. We were offered the staff’s dryer to dry our clothes. We appreciated that."

"The room was clean when we checked in. We ate breakfast most of our stay. It was nice being able to have a hot breakfast after working all night. Everyone was friendly. It does get noisy in the hallways, but for the most part I was able to sleep through all of the extra sounds. The only con is the dryer. They have one dryer that is not working or turned on. The middle dryer doesn't dry clothes. It feels like the heating element doesn't work. I had to pay extra to get my clothes to dry."

"The room was fine, BUT when I tried to take a shower on Wednesday morning, the faucet blew out of the wall fixture in the bath tub. I couldn't take a shower. I informed the manager. This was very upsetting!!!"

"Floors were not that clean. The continental breakfast was 98% carbs, no good selections for diabetics. Do not shower after 9 on a Sunday morning unless you prefer cold showers. There was one lamp between the beds that worked. No lighting for the desk area."
