"We had a great stay"

"We enjoyed our stay with clean rooms and friendly staff, except the pool was out of service due to a pump issue. The main reason we chose this hotel was for the pool. It wasn’t advertised that the pool was not available. We were disappointed."

"The biggest problem I had was when I noticed there was a pile of chips underneath the side of one of the beds.The front desk personnel was very apologetic and sent housekeeping to completely clean the room again. We left for a few hours and returned to a clean room, I thought. The pile of chips were still in the same spot. I notified the same person at the front desk and she apologized again. No resolution. We asked the front desk for more towels and wash clothes as our room only had two of...

"The staff was friendly, the room was clean and there was ample parking. Several locations nearby for food and shopping."

"The room was clean. The staff is always accompanying. The breakfast is well stocked and the kitchen is clean. I've stayed here on all my visits to Oklahoma and will continue to do so. Unmatched by any close hotels. 5 stars is warranted."

"Everything was good other than our room ac was not working but the lady at the desk put us right across the hall and it was great ."

"The place is rundown. The sink had cracks in it. The floor tile was coming up in certain spots. The entire place needed a paint job. Not planning on coming back. Plus, the smoke alarm kept beeping. Maintenance came and fixed it but during the night (1 am) it started up again and my husband ended up disconnecting it. They did not provide coffee, only cereal."

"The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet too."

"My husband and I stayed with our 3 kids ages 11, 6, and 5 for five nights. We absolutely loved it. Our room had a lovely kitchen with everything except an oven and it was stocked with whatever you might need. The rooms, lobby, pool, etc were all very clean. We loved the pool and games available for the kids, and the pool was open 6a-10p. The staff were LOVELY! They were very helpful and responsive. The breakfast was amazing. We will definitely be back each time we visit family in Lawton!"

"Place was a mess. Toilet hard to flush. Carpet dirty, tub would not fill up."

"Good for a quick stay if needed. Cleaning was done, but behind the nightstand it hasn’t been cleaned in sometime. The pool was also out of order when we stayed and the breakfast left a lot to be desired."

"At check-in, we were informed our room would only be cleaned every other day. NEVER cleaned it once. Had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper and cups. I informed the main desk the room still had not been cleaned. They never cleaned it. I had to take our overflowing trash cans and dump them myself. So for our entire stay of 4 days our room was never cleaned. I wont be staying here again."

"Room and property are clean, and updated. Staff were nice and responsive. I was greeted with good morning and hello by each of the staff. Property is near the highway and easy access to anything in Lawton. Not a lot right near the hotel, you will have to drive a short distance to get to shopping and dining."

"There were roaches, cigarettes , and hair in the room. Trash under the bed. Absolute disgusting bathroom, with hair balls in the shower and floor. This is on the “bad” side of Lawton and some people staying at the hotel were very rude. The card to get into our room kept not working. Insects would come in the room if we opened the door."
