"We loved our stay at Smartr Madrid Chueca. The location was easy to find and central/walkable to everything we wanted to see. The area is very lively in the afternoon and quiet, but not unsafe late at night. The staff was kind and quick to respond to any questions via WhatsApp. The place was clean and comfortable. We would book it again happily!"

"The entire place was very clean and tidy but the space is little bit small. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat. Other renters were polite and kept clean also to respect each other. It was not noisy. The staff was good. The location of the apartment was convenient, near the Puerto de Toledo station. There's a small market store around the corner to buy food and drinks. We felt safe in the neighborhood to walk at night. I would advise to bring your own carbon monoxide alarm...
