"The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast for a buffet was all fine but not outstanding for a 5 star. I became violently ill after eating breakfast the first day but recovered later in the day. I feel it was something bad in the omelette. Lots of bread but not a lot of flavour. Our room was nice but the view was just a deserted side street ( they say city view which is sort of misleading ) Although the weather was cool and windy we spent a good amount of time on 7th floor balcony that has a great view of the sea. We had drinks both in main lobby room and 7th floor but the same drink was mixed different a lot of the time. Don’t rent a car through concierge it’s really expensive and they gave us a old car. I’m sure they get a cut of 150.00 per day. On check out day our flight home was at 4:40 pm so we asked for a 1:00 pm check out but were told no 2 times. (normal checkout is 12:00) Later we were offered a room to freshen up in but the damage was done. So in closing we had a few issues but it is a fantastic hotel and great location we stayed for 7 nights and would recommend it for sure. The crappy expensive rental car company was called Larios"

"Rooms were large and so clean! Had so much space and a unique set up. Wouldn’t recommend the style of bathroom for everyone necessarily but made it work. Thanks for a great stay! "

"Pool looked great, but was too cold for a swim. Looks like the hot tub and sauna are in construction. No elevators, but a ramp up to the 2nd level. The airport shuttle runs from 5am to 9 or 10pm. My flight was at 5:35am so i had to take an Uber. I did not read the fine print when i booked unfortunately which gives the timings I think."

"This was my first time staying in a hotel of this kind, and let me tell you, I was amazed!! The private quarters combined with the modern design and pristinely clean facilities was incredible! Yes there is a little bit of noise you may hear from your neighboring capsules but its much less than I've experienced at other budget, private hostels, way nicer facilities and they provide ear plugs and disposable sandals if you need them. <3 I"

"It is at the train station which is good if you are traveling a lot - it is in a good location but a bit far from the good restaurants and things to see. It was good for me as ı prefer to walk a lot. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The room was also reasonable for the price – clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. However, the biggest issue is the location. The hotel is extremely far from the airport, so it really shouldn’t be described as an “airport hotel.” Even if you take the bus at night, you still have to walk quite a long distance before reaching the hotel, and the route can feel quite isolated and uncomfortable late at night. One thing that does deserve praise is that if you take the bus, the hotel can reimburse the bus fare if you ask at the front desk, which is a thoughtful and helpful gesture."
