"Staff all multicultural so don’t understand or haven’t been trained properly in the “spa” Hotel setting, Rooms dirty and need updating. Food is bland and expensive, chef had learning difficulties and just kept shouting. Staff actively turning people around so they couldn’t get in the supposed “ Ala ..."
