"What a beautiful place to stay. Very spacious rooms with great balcony. The meals in dining room were excellent. All the grounds are all professionally manicured and the hotel itself is also immaculately looked after."

"This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. It is not a place to stay when visiting Naples, just a place to stay the night before a flight out. The neighborhood doesn't look like it but there are some good restaurants just down the street. "We had the most wonderful 10 days here. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. Anna, Fabio and the reception team were brilliant with travel advice and arranging visits to various attractions. Gennaro and the restaurant team had the amazing talent of making you feel like you were the only people they were looking after. So friendly and full of great tips on places to visit. And the food was incredible, so huge compliments to the chef as well. Highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a lovely stay at Villa Signorini. Not for everyone; off the beaten track and tired facilities however, the staff are pleasant and the room was incredibly comfortable and very different! Think super high painted ceilings, huge shutters and a massive terrace overlooking the gardens. "

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. There is a kind of indoor pool or water feature that kept running loudly all night. Even after turning off the main valve, the water continued to flow, making it impossible to sleep. I was traveling with my 10-year-old son, so rest was especially important. I reported the issue to the front desk, but unfortunately they were unable to fix it. Even worse, they showed no initiative to offer a room change or any alternative solution so we could...
