"Beautiful room and wonderful staff."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Made us wait over 2 hours to check in. We were early but it wasn’t even ready at the 4 o’clock check in. Told us it would be ready soon when we got there. A/C wouldn’t keep the room cool. It was 75 in our room most of the time. I couldn’t even sleep. They had a nice pool area that would have been good to wait by but was never given any options. "Fairfield saved the day! We were unable to check in at our original hotel (121 Hotel) due to not being sent access codes and no on site staff for checking in but Fairfield graciously took us in so we could get some sleep. Good little pizza place across the street was still open so we were also able to get some dinner."

"Love the midtown location. It’s not in the crazy chaos and noise of Broadway but has a nice set of restaurants and bars that are walkable. You can walk to Gulch and then the flipside to Edgehill. "I had the corner room with the marvelous views of the high-rise buildings. Very nice amenities. Right behind it is a public parking garage if you don't want the valet parking. 20min walk to Broadway St. with views/panorama of the city. Not too pricy either."

"We love staying in unique properties and adore old architecture. This is an old train station.... next to functioning railroad tracks. The trains run all night and our room was overlooking the tracks... we didn't sleep well, but wouldn't miss the experience."

"This hotel was in a great location with The room was good. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. What I did’t like was that when we arrived a little over and hour before the 3:00 check-in time, they charged $25. Since a clean room was available at that time, I should not have been asked to pay $25. I have NEVER had such happen. We were so tired from travel that we paid! Shame on them!"

"Great location right off the freeway and just a $6-$7 Uber to Lower Broadway. It was close enough that we walked there and Uber'd back. Nice pool and very solid breakfast. Would definitely stay again."

"Having to pay for parking while staying is not ideal whatsoever. The elevators took forever to come, so we ended up taking the stairs every time we had to go down or up. Never got our room cleaned or fresh towels while we were there."
