"This is a unique property as it is very central to most of the places we wanted to go see. Property is good, clean and desirable location. I was disappointed to find out that the only A/C area were the bedrooms as opposed to the whole apartment. "

"DO NOT try to use this property. I booked them through Expedia for a last minute place to stay due to transportation cancellations and other issues. They refused entry to my group plus two others. When calling the number on the property description I confirmed before heading there, but when I got there they refused entry and stated THEY DO NOT ACCEPT Expedia reservations and that I needed to contact Expedia directly. "The flat is in very good condition and an ideal location. Check-in is easy but it is a flat for short term stays, not a hotel or B&B, the advertising is misleading."

"We landed in Paris early in the morning, and they were able to let us check in early. Even if we hadn’t gotten to check in early, they could hold the luggage for us. In addition, we loved the people watching out the windows. The breakfast was nice to have before starting our sightseeing around Paris! We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend! "

"Chez Pepe Merle is fantastic! Room was beautiful, hostess Clair is great and the location close to various metro lines is very convenient. We stayed 2 weeks and had another breakfast with different plates every day; a nice touch."
