Just bear in mind that you might be able to hear people upstairs if they are noise, but nothing too bad."

"Unhelpful receptionist, barely a hello. The next day when we came in literally no eye contact and no greeting. Booked for 2 adults and 2 children, sofa bed not made and had to make it ourselves. We didn’t check in late - it was 23:45. Exceptionally, exceptionally hot. An electric fan in room, as advertised, but I cannot describe how uncomfortably hot this room was."

"Did the job for 1 night as we were exhausted. But will never stay there again. It was dirty and we saw roaches. It was supposed to be a nonsmoking room but there were cigarette burns on the bed cover. Also, people live there long term. Will never stay there again"

"So ein schlechtes Hotel haben noch nie gehabt der Rezeption Leute waren richtig aggressiv, unfreundlich. Zimmern waren richtig richtig dreckig über alle Haare Gestank war unnormal und Rezeption Mitarbeiter. Die waren wirklich unhöflich wollte vom Rezeption der ein Bonbon nehmen der hat die komplette Vase weggezogen. Wollten nicht dass ich einen Bonbon nehme das hat wehgetan unfreundlich sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt deswegen jeder der da hingeht sollen die richtig aufpassen. Wir sind richtig...

"It was quiet and in good location"

"This hotel did not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, and the breakfast was poor with limited quality and selection. Due to a lack of staff, I had to go downstairs myself to pick up my iron and ironing table. They also forgot to give me my requested wake-up call in the morning. Overall, the service and facilities were disappointing, and my stay did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this hotel."
