"Five star service Giorgio!!! Concierge was amazing and very helpful. Downstairs bartender was great. Hotel is a little far out from the center but totally walkable to almost anywhere. The hotel rooftop view was magical. They had a live band during sunset to make it an unforgettable evening. Our room was spacious. The bed could use some work very hard and not to comfortable. The aesthetics in the room were true luxurious. I loved it and will stay again this October."

They helped with issues not relating to the hotel stay. Which shows how dedicated they are to making your stay amazing. When I come back to Florence I will 100% be staying here again.
