The female front desk clerk we encountered on our arrival was not very friendly and kept ignoring us and passing us off to someone else when they finally came along, while she appeared to be doing nothing. The female front desk clerk when we departed was extremely rude. This person should not be working in the hospitality industry!!"

"My stay with Hotel Del Aserradero was very short-notice. The price was reasonable and the staff excelled at communication. The hotel contacted me immediately via WhatsApp to confirm my stay, transportation options, and what the stay had and didn’t have in regards to amenities. The room was clean and the bathroom was very modern. The sleeping area was average. I would stay here again. "

I reserved a two bedroom unit as I did not want to share a bedroom with my elderly parents who get up to use the bathroom all night long. When we arrived, there were two beds in the main bedroom and a second bedroom with absolutely nothing in it. While we could have moved the smaller bed to the second bedroom, it didn't have any AC and was blistering hot. I messaged asking for a new room or some kind of help and received no...
