"The beds were hard and sunken in. That was our only complaint with the room. The chafing dishes did not heat the breakfast food properly so breakfast was cold and thus pretty bad. The staff was nice and helpful. Diana was great."

"The staff was amazing. The room was clean but it needs some repairs. The shower knob was not function well. The TV didn’t work and didn’t turn on. Somehow the room was very humid but I don’t understand why."
