"We had a pullout couch in our room, and there were no pillows for the pullout. We called down to the front desk, and they told me they would be up with pillows. After an hour, we called again, and they told us there were no extra pillows in the entire hotel. When we unfolded the pullout their was a kit-kat wrapper in the bed."

"Staff were INCREDIBLE. So helpful, and so incredibly kind. Room could have used some maintenance, ie. desk repair and window couldn’t lock. Breakfast was mid, yogurt was good but the milk wasn’t cold and the waffle machine didn’t cook the waffles long enough, they came out doughy. "

"We had a very nice stay during Fargo Film Fest this year. The food and Staff in their restaurant couldn’t be better…A++! Everything in our room was very clean, and we appreciated the room size: More than usual square footage. Room 609. However: It bugged us that the person at Blu responsible for facility operations isn’t do the job that well. The Bathroom was great, with terrific wall visual of Fargo inside the shower, but the Handle on the slider door there is way, way Loose (prolly less than a 3 minute job w/a hex wrench). And then when one looks up at the bathroom ceiling, seen very clearly is the nasty-looking, rusted all over Sprinkler. Geez. Someone who actually cares and can handle the job Required should take over Blu’s birdogging and follow-up maintenance ASAP. "

"My husband and I decided to take a lil quick trip to Fargo with our 3 kids. We searched the pools online because that's where we would spend most of the time. The price was great for a Saturday. Free breakfast too? Say less. Our kids had a blast playing in the pool area and loved the slide. Our kids swam for hours and wore themselves out. Hotel staff was all very friendly and replaced the pool towels often. The breakfast was pretty good too. Very busy and the attendant kept up with everyone. We plan on coming back to this hotel for sure. All 5 of us agree 👍 "
