I reserved my room about 3 hours before my arrival to Fargo ND. When I arrived the man at the counter could not find my reservation. He told me to call expedia. I just drove 400 miles to arrive at 11 pm and I just needed to get to bed. The front desk man then talked to Expedia and proceeded to be of no help. After about 40 minutes of having to cancel my reservation and just getting a room on my own, and paying more for it the CC machine did not work. The man just looked at me said I don't know what to do. Then another co worker of his came around the corner to help people that just arrived. I noticed him entering the CC manually. So I looked that that dudes eyes and said, why don't you enter my card manually. So he did. Guess what, the card worked. Then the guy that popped in from around the corner started to apologize, looked at my guys screen and said you did not check the correct property. All the time my reservation was good. He just did not clearly check the other screen. I ended up getting billed more, Then billed for Days Inn somehow but left that place because I was not going to toke it out on the morning guy that was not involved. I never got my lower rate fixed as promised. I am pissed. Don't go there.
