"Nice property, beach view unobstructed rooms were clean and updated. Pool well maintained. multiple breakfast options (Pancakes could use some improvement) everyone did seem to comment on them Only issue during stay was the people that went to the pool early every morning, claimed multiple lounge chairs with towels and did not come back for hours to actually use them. I do understand that this is an issue at many resorts and hotels. It just inconveniences the people that are at the pool"

"We have to change 2 room first room was all dirty and hair all over the bed and then we move to the 2 room and the towel was horrible and the blankets have blood The cleaning was horrible manager never call or apologies for the inconvenience After that I have to move to a different hotel "

"We came to Max Beach Resort last August and truly enjoyed ourselves. We decided to come back but unfortunately this time we were dealing with a traumatic family emergency that happened with my Mom during our stay. The staff was super helpful with us having to continue to book another night; we were taking it day by day and kept having to book additional nights. Luckily we never had to move rooms and anything we asked for, we received, even if it was out of their norm. I can’t think the staff enough for their understanding and compassion during this time. The gym is great and so are the other amenities on the property. My only complaint (that I didn’t even mention because it was the least of my worries at the time) was the dust. Our room wasn’t as clean nor free of dust from the first time we stayed here."

"Beach view amazing from third floor. The kitchen has what one needs to cook a nice meal. The only issue we had is with some people smoking in the evening around the pool and someone smoked on an adjacent balcony. I recommend Nautilus Inn. We stayed there 4 days and we enjoyed it."

"The staff was Great everyone so friendly and ready nice, the ladies at check-in were very accommodating, and helpful!! The property is a little dated but the views were great, and the access to the beach was perfect!! Pool was cold, not heated, the breakfast was your typical continental breakfast, but there was only one toaster, for so many ppl. But the rooms were clean, kitchen was clean, will probably be where my Jeep club will stay next year for Jeep beach again!!"
