"The parking was terrible never book this hotel during a big event. You will never find a parking in their parking garage. You will have park in the garge across the street. Inconvenient for sure. "

"They are having “renovations” done but I kept hearing the elevator rattling or make this tapping sound which interrupted my sleep. It was so bad the first night as we were right next to the elevator and had to let front desk know. They ended up moving us a few doors down but the rattling was still there. i’m a light sleeper so this was not fun. Place was close to a lot of restaurants. I don’t think I would stay here again. Elevator was so noisy. "

"The property never offered clean towels or more toilet paper during our 2 night stay. Nobody even cleaned the room while gone. "

"Let’s see. Room was dirty, rug not vacuumed, hair dryers (2) did not work, mold in the shower, leaky faucet in shower, thin (almost like a sheet) blanket, one of the two elevators would shake and rattle as it got to the fourth floor. The ceiling had popcorn - that’s not the issue - there was a 2’ x 3’ triangle shape missing from it. Spent one night. Didn’t try the breakfast because we didn’t trust it. I’ve stayed at La Quinta hotels before. While they are not 4 stars, they were at least clean and functional. Wyndham should be embarrassed to include this place in its system. "

"Staff was great when our car battery died while in valet overnight parking. Helped jump the car and kept luggage secure while we waited. Very kind people. "

"Good but overpriced. While rated a 5 star something is lacking. The food is mediocre at best and they seem to be trying to appeal to “foodies” rather than relying on tried and true favorites. I am surprised this hotel made the Auberge collection. "

"When we arrived, I had to wait at the front desk for nearly 10 minutes before somebody came-there was a sign that said I will be right back though. The front desk clerk was nice though. We got to our room on the second floor and I had a very musty, dirty smell, the sheets didn't smell too good either. The phone in the room did not work. I went downstairs to ask for another room which they were able to accommodate right away. We got our new room and it was fine, no foul smells, but the phone didn't work in that phone room either. The property looks very dated- old rugs in the common areas and in the rooms. Lots of rust around metal doors as well as elevator. A lot of scuff marks on the walls. They were very accommodating about a late checkout though. The price wasn't bad but Mary no frills hotel, no water or coffee in the lobby and breakfast was not free. If they get some updates and some maintenance on this place, it would probably would be a better experience. The grounds and the landscaping were nice though."
