The hotel was perfect ! Clean and the staff was helpful. The bar outside was awesome and got to view some fireworks. The shower also was very relaxing, it had different settings like rain shower, massage, hand shower and etc. 10/10

The staff were great. We had an issue with the lights in our room going out multiple times. Someone came and flipped the breaker to get them on the first time but they kept going out. We ultimately had to pack up in the dark in the middle of the night and move to another room.

I like that the king suite w/sofa bed room was spacious and came with two flat screen tv, of decent size. I enjoyed the panel shower options the most. Not really much sight seeing options, but overall I enjoyed my stay for a nice little getaway. Very comforting and convenient for me. Will book again!

please look at reviews before staying

The room was clean, the kitchenette had dinning wear and pots and pans to use. The ac never got cold and smelled terrible. The bathroom cabinet door fell off into the floor before we even got into our room so we walked into that and we tried to keep it propped it up. We paid for a room with 2 queen beds and a couch and the transferred us to just 2 queens with no downcharge of what we paid extra for the couch. You get 2 towels so we had to request more. You get 1 key and it hardly worked. We went down to request another room and nobody was at the front desk. I pushed the call button and waited 15 minutes and nobody ever came. Breakfast is not included and there is no pool.

We stayed here for a wedding and the rooms could have used a better cleaning. The floors in the bathroom were dirty and had thick black spots of something. All four pillow cases and the blanket had stains on them. The staff at the bar were very nice. It seems like such a gorgeous place…just very disappointed in the cleanliness.

The hotel was great! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice with big comfy beds and lots of pillows. The shower was awesome! My only complaint, is, and it is of no fault of the hotel or its staff, is all the road construction in the area.. that cannot be helped.. it’s a constant thing in the Houston area. Don’t let the road construction deter you from staying in such a nice hotel.

Check in took forever. Something was wrong with their system and I had to swipe my card about 15 times which made me uneasy, even though I showed the receptionist it had come out of my acct already. Other than that the room was very nice and clean. Area was quiet. Some of the shower functions did not work. But I would overall recommend and stay here again.

The place is great, it’s new so beds and pillos are comfortable, there isn’t carpet in the rooms which is a great idea so bad odors or bacteria doesn’t stay in BUT sadly housekeeping at this place COMPLETELY SUCKS! We stayed for 5 days and on the 3rd day we had to bring a trash bag out in the hallway because housekeeping NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO ASK IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING, then on the fourth day she came in and took some trash, gave us clean towels when we didn’t needed then because i brought my own from home and since they were new she took them and by the time we arrived back to our room it was late at night and since they were white it was impossible to find them, anyway she NEVER cleaned the toilet, nor the shower, it has soap stains in glass walls and showerheads which makes it disgusting. It really needs WAY BETTER IMPROVEMENT ASAP, also floors are swept but NOT CLEAN so there’s that. I REALLY HOPE THEY MAKE CHANGES ASAP BECAUSE WE’RE COMING BACK NEXT YR, AND WOULD LOVE TO STAY THERE BUT HOUSEKEEPING MUST IMPROVE BIG TIME OTHER THAN THAT ALL GOOD!

The hotel overview is pretty. The service not so much. There was only one person at the front desk no one at the bar and the front desk lady said she did t know how to make drinks we could have only get beer or shots she stated. One person in the restaurant area, no pool, and no face towels in bathroom only 2 bath towels went to ask the front desk she supposedly wrote down how many I needed she said they were drying but she never got back to me about any. The room was very nice though and the shower was awesome.! Just need a lil tweaks here and there. It has plenty of parking which was a plus. I only stayed one night and I didn’t stay the full time I checked out at 5am Monday. The 2rd floor outdoor sitting area was awesome.

Emergency stay, nice hotel, could be cleaner.

Stayed in after Hurricane Beryl because our home had no electricity. One of the last hotels in the area open and excepted pets. The staff was very unprepared for an influx of guests. Took 30 minutes to check in even though I had a reservation. The room was more spacious than I thought, on the 4th floor overlooking the parking lot and a BBQ restaurant. The floor was dirty as was the microwave. The mini fridge still had someone else’s chicken salad in it. The lobby was a little depressing. Hard chairs, not much decor and a sad looking, closed bar. I know it was packed with families looking to escape the heat of their homes after a hurricane but the children running up and down the halls and playing in the elevators wasn’t pleasant. I liked that they had pay as you go washers and dryers. Came in very handy if you had quarters ($2 for wash and $2 to dry). All in all I would say it was a good stay for the emergency need we had. I would also suggest they fire or at least retrain the cleaning crew as they aren’t doing such a great job.
