"Great place for the price. The rooms were okay. Not sure about the carpet. It rained a lot and caused a backup somewhere which we had to wade through. The elevators were also acting up. Other than that... we enjoyed our stay. The pool and beach area were clean. The food at the restaurant was good too. 👍"

"Waiting an hour for check-in bc the staff mistakenly gave our room to the other. Gave me the key to the room that had other people in it. Key deactivated after a day look us outside 🙂"

"Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...

"Very disappointing experience. For the price and the online rating, this hotel was not worth it at all. Rooms were only cleaned every three days, which is not acceptable for a beach hotel. Restaurant service was poor, breakfast quality was disappointing, and it was very hard to find staff to help with umbrellas, chairs, or basic guest needs around the beach/pool area. The location is nice, but the service, cleanliness, and overall experience were very poor. We expected much better from Hyatt."

"This was our first stay here, and overall it was a good experience. There were a few small issues, but nothing that would prevent us from booking again in the future. One thing to keep in mind: if your room is near the stairs, you may hear kids running up and down them late at night. We contacted the staff around 11 p.m., and they responded quickly and were very helpful. Unfortunately, they can’t fully control noise in the stairwell. "Room was clean, breakfast was good, room service staff was very nice. Didn't receive 5 starts because we asked for extra blankets and front desk Dorien didn't feel like we needed one blanket per person. She gave us an attitude when I called for an extra sheet set, told me she wasn't sending up any more linens and hung up on me. Other then that, stay was good."

"Quick and simple check in process. I felt welcomed immediately. The view from my room was amazing. I especially loved the live music on the pool deck during the sunset. It was one of my most memorable experiences in all my travels."

"Not clean , had a water leak in the kitchen they fixed next day. No internet or WF that all, need your own WF or hotspot. Only 2 elevators in the building, pool it was ok but nothing else was offered that ice cream. For someone who called this resort …. Not resort they all. Just regular apartment building!"
