"Very busy when we arrived as the nightlife was in full swing. Plenty of convenience stores nearby open until midnight for any last minute things. Easy walk down to the Arena and Lego experience. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout, albeit we had no issues at all. "

"Great service at check in. Clean room with good tea and coffee facilities. The buffet breakfast was great. There was a good selection of cooked food items. The coffee was lovely too. Location wise, the hotel is well situated and about a 15 minute walk from Birmingham New Street train station. The hotel is pretty close to the library, bars and a few of restaurants. There is also a Five Guys about 5 minutes away. If you need a Sainsbury’s local or a Tesco local they are also within a 5 minute...
