"The Quay Hotel & Spa was a perfect stay, the decor and landscaping within and amongst the grounds is beautiful. The staff were so kind, attentive & professional. The Spa was very good as well, it seemed expertly constructed & amenities were fabulous. We enjoyed our room which had stunning view of the courtyard. I will be booking this hotel again for all of our North Wales stays! Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"The room was spotless and the beds extremely comfortable. The breakfast was first class and plenty of selection. We had a sea front room so the view was excellent even provided binoculars. The host, Nathan, was was very very courteous and helpful

"Great service from staff and nice little place. Only issue i can really think of is the floors are pretty creaky with it being an old building so you can hear people walking up and down the stairs. Didnt cause us any issues though."
