"While it wasn’t anything flash it did the job. Amenities were nice, staff were really friendly and helpful. For us the location was ideal, close to town and close to the port where most of our activities left from. "
"Very disappointing stay. The rooms are outdated, poorly maintained, and far below what you would expect from a 4-star property. The bathroom feels decades old, the room is basic and uncomfortable, and even essential details like power sockets near the bed are missing.
The breakfast was also misleading — sold as “continental,” but extremely limited, with any hot food charged extra. This does not meet the standard most guests would reasonably expect.
Overall, the experience does not match the hotel’s advertised quality or pricing. I would not stay here again."
"We stayed in apartment 12 which was 2 bedrooms & is the central apartment on the top floor. The views were spectacular! The apartment was so spacious with an open plan living, kitchen, dining area with each opening onto the balcony which was equally spacious. The large outdoor dining area was covered & the outer area caught the sun all day with sunloungers on it.
The furnishings were lovely & the beds comfy. The kitchen was extremely well equipped & the washer & dryer were so useful.
The pool area was beautiful & was much bigger than it looked on the photos.
I wouldn't recommend the location for those with young children or anyone elderly or unfit as the hill is a challenge, especially in the heat but for us was so worth it & I could not stop gazing at the view.
I loved Airlie & if I were to ever visit again, I would not stay anywhere but number 12 or 12a Martinique. "
"Room is clean, owner Brain is very nice and helpful. If you drive there , is very beautiful place to stay for a family. At the top of mountain range, 2 kms to the Harbour there is a cafe Bristol at Ferry terminal. Beautiful ocean view from balcony for every room. Recommend "
"Airport shuttle bus was so convenient to assemble and just rides to in fount of the Hotel. The view from the room was fantastic. The staff was friendly."
