If you're traveling from far away, don't stay here. They won't let you check in, they don't answer their phone, they don't return your calls, they have a strict no refunds policy clearly displayed in their lobby on a sign, and their staff are rude if you ask them for help. I paid $150 to sleep in my car. Terrible experience.
Here's what happened: I knew I was going to arrive past midnight, so I called them at 8:30 PM to ask if there would be someone to check me in. They didn't answer their phone, and instead I left a message. The machine said they'd call me back soon. I called them again at 9 PM when I received no response, again, same result with the machine answering the call promising a call back.
We ended up driving and arriving after midnight. When we arrived, we pressed the call bell to bring an attendant to the desk during overnight hours. No one came, we tried calling the bell a few times, but nothing worked.
We ended up sleeping in our car hoping that maybe a staff member would be around at 6 or 7 AM, and we could still get the key until our checkout time at 11 AM. No staff showed up until 10 AM.
When we asked the guy for the key, he said "our website says check-in ends at 10 PM" and was very rude about it, not friendly at all. I searched the website carefully, it doesn't say this anywhere. On top of that, the email from Expedia says checkin after 3 PM, that's all.
Furthermore, even if it was true, why didn't we get called back when I called at 8:30 PM and 9?
