"Everyone was really nice but when we got to our room there were several things that looked like they had been patched. There was a hanging hook just dangling out of the wall. The tub/shower combo was sanded/repainted and the paint was flaking off very badly. The room was spacy but the curtain chain was broken and we were unable to lift the curtains/shade."
