"This hotel was one of the worst hotels I’ve been to. I loved the location as it was very close to the airport. The hotel was very dirty especially the bathrooms and the pillows were cushions. I had to go out and purchase my owns pillows. I will not stay here again."

"Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in close to 5:00 pm (check in supposed to be at 3:00). First set of door keys and one wouldn’t work. Instead of recoding one they had to recode both, then next day when we returned in the evening neither of the new cards would work. Room was just OK, should have been much cleaner. Hair on the bathroom shower wall and toilet before we even used the bathroom. Breakfast was just so, so. I will say though, the beds were comfortable."

"We visited for a little Father's Day getaway -- mostly attracted by the outdoor pool. The pool was very large, nicely maintained, and there was plenty of comfortable seating and umbrellas available. The room itself was comfortable - a little dated, but overall clean and spacious. We were on the third floor towards the end, grateful because there was a grand piano in the foyer and some kids were banging on it... thankfully we couldn't hear it! "Our air conditioning barely worked, there was no on-site breakfast even though it is advertised, mold in the bathroom, the hallways smelled like urine and marijuana. Suspicious stains on blanket/pillow/sheets/towels. I spoke with staff to get help and they just said “ok”, with no timeframe on when we would get assistance. Everything was dirty and stained, and the pool just had a mound of mildew-ridden towels sitting there the whole 4 days we were there. Would not recommend this property for the...

"Was not aware the pool was closed until we arrived. Even though it has been closed for weeks. This is the only reason we booked this hotel. Ran out of towels so had to dry off after our shower with a hand towel. My cousins has issues with water temp and thier bathroom smelled like sewage all night."

"What a beautiful and charming inn! I loved everything about it. The restaurant food was delicious, and the breakfast was fresh and excellent. The coffee was amazing, and the organic milk was such a nice touch. The area is beautiful, and the parking was extremely convenient. I also felt very safe staying there with my two small children. Definitely going back again!"
