"We visited for a little Father's Day getaway -- mostly attracted by the outdoor pool. The pool was very large, nicely maintained, and there was plenty of comfortable seating and umbrellas available. I had to ask for a third set of towels as well as sheets and a pillow for the sofa bed. They did not provide blankets or anything and actually asked if I just wanted a top sheet for the sofa bed. "Our air conditioning barely worked, there was no on-site breakfast even though it is advertised, mold in the bathroom, the hallways smelled like urine and marijuana. Suspicious stains on blanket/pillow/sheets/towels. I spoke with staff to get help and they just said “ok”, with no timeframe on when we would get assistance.
