"El area de alberca y la playa están muy padres, amplias, limpias agradables. Las habitaciones amplias, en general comodas. Si ya tienen sus años, pero están en buen estado. Al personal le falta estar a la altura de la marca Camino Real. La comida está regular, falta atención de meseros y el ambiente en la cena no es buena y nunca apareció un capitan que pusiera orden."

"Should be called PARTIAL OCEAN VIEW even though the listing was titled oceanview. Otherwise the place was huge and the best part was the staff who were super friendly. It’s in a secluded cove which means that other than the food they have (which isn’t included, and is reasonable but expensive by Mexico standards) you’re probably taking a 10 minute taxi for a cappuccino etc. The breakfast was yummy. The cove was nice, undertoe a bit strong for little kids. Also, there was a stingray which was pretty cool, common in that coast."

"Very nice boutique hotel with nine rooms on a bluff overlooking Conejos Bay. Excellent pool and about a 15 minute walk along a steep trail down to the beach. Room was very nice and many rooms have ocean views. Nice breakfast is included. Food and drinks in the restaurant were also excellent. Staff were very helpful and service was great. I don’t like big all inclusive resorts and buffets so Casa Ceiba was my kind of place and I would highly recommend it for travellers who have similar likes. Shout out to staff members Memo, Kelly, Giovani and Rosie in particular but all the staff were great."

"Mis vacaciones de cumpleaños fueron como si estuviera en un lugar con ambulantes pero los ambulantes fueron el staff muy insistentes de tomar una plática con la agencia de viajes HYATT❌ de verdad pésima calidad de no poder andar libre por los pasillos o ir a comer es real mente agotador y desagradable el tener que lidiar con personas así cuando son vacaciones deberían respetar la decisión de cada persona. No volvería En la limpieza mi duvet estaba sucio 🤢"
