"I liked the convenience of where it was and where I wanted to be. The size of the bed was very spacious and comfortable.
The room was very dated and had wallpaper hanging off the wall, the bathroom sink surface was all chipped off and made it look scruffy. There were a number of moths in the room too."

"We booked to stay from Friday the 22nd until Sunday the 24th. However, we had to leave a night early due to unsuitability of the provided fridge for the room.
We have an 8 month old and when booking did discuss needing a fridge for expressed milk feeding which they said was fine for a £30 refundable deposit. However, upon arrival the fridge was a make up fridge which only reduces the temperature by 20 degrees of the room ambient temperature which sadly was not suitable due to the room being...

"Convenient location. Stunning bathroom (with shower only) and plenty of toiletries. The TV signal kept getting interrupted. No aircon, only a fan. Noise travelled through from function being held below our room. Old furniture. A fridge in the room would have been nice. Free parking if signed in at Reception. Overall not a bad hotel."

"Wow! What a lovely experience! We enjoyed every minute at this hotel. When our plans changed and I spoke to the staff, they accommodated our needs graciously. We will return to this hotel chain in every location. Our next stay will be in Belgium. Looking forward to it."

"Beautiful setting , not too far from home but we wanted to escape the beach crowds from home and it was very peaceful at the hotel.
Had an overcharge issue with drinks bill but have been told it’s being dealt with. Special Thankyou to Abby for her help."

"Wonderful stay, the shepherds hut was lovely and had everything you needed. Staff were lovely and the food was amazing. We really enjoyed our night away and will return in the autumn for a longer stay. Thank you"
