I resereved superior room but got the worst view with construction trash and construction pallet next to my room. I requested room change and got better room but the window was wide open and unable to close. The reception came to our room and took us to the other room that finally solve the problem.

Lovely hotel in great location for transport links and walking to attractions. Busy area so can be noisy at weekends but I was able to request a quiet room. Very near Trivoli so ideal if visiting.
