"The hotel itself is a real beauty, grounds are well kept and they are clean. Lots of pools for everyone, any age, bars were also good. Buffet restaurant(Bugambilias) is very good, and a la carte restaurants were also good."

"Went to make coffee first morning coffee pot was busted, no bottom. No tea towel to dry dishes, no hand towel in bathroom and no pool towels, used our bath towels for the pool.
