"There’s only one staff person on most of the time from 6pm on. So if you need something it takes a long time because they can’t leave the desk. There’s performances going on at the pool until 10:30pm as well so if you have children keep that in mind as it’s quite loud."

"The rooms with outside entry, at least our room, the floors needed to at least need a good sweep as it seemed that they hadn't been swept in awhile. Otherwise, all other things were great!"

The Sunset Hotel West End
"The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was adorable with easy access to Stanley Park and the waterfront. Front desk is not staffed at all hours but that was not a problem for us. They allowed us to check in early which was a nice treat. Parking is easy and secure. I loved ..."

"The goatee was aware about us to ensure we could access the room. Room features are according with the offer. Maybe a communication with the hoster through WhatsApp would facilitate check in process"
