"Loved the hotel, but you need to make sure you book your dinner otherwise they won’t let you into the restaurant. The staff there were not as enthusiastic as other places, especially the reception. We had to ask for more towels as we only got 2, even though the booking was for 4. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for that to be done. The staff at the restaurant were otherwise good and enthusiastic, but I think I got food poisoning from their buffet."

We had a Club Level room, which gave us access to free breakfasts, high tea and happy hour appetizers daily - the BEST! "Massively disappointed. We booked & paid for a private plunge pool bure and arrived at the hotel to find we had a been allocated a beach front bure. The hotel did nothing to compensate or reimburse the difference in cost. Look at the bad reviews on most booking platforms, it seems to have happened regularly at Tambua Sands."
