"Online property looked lovely Unfortunately false as there was major construction work happening which your platform didn't mention...we were bombarded all day including Saturday with trucks diggers utes vans loud noisy workers Right in front of our unit it was unbearable and we asked to be moved and were told they'd look into it nothing happened!! We had no hot water for 2 days...no decent deck furniture and uncomfortable stool and a hammock chair you had to be a contortionist to get in and...

"Need 24hr room service for ppl who miss out on meal times if out doing activities and breakfast needs to have more standard westernised foods.,our whole stay nobody used the adult only pool as it was freezing cold an for some reason the kids pool had a swim up bar ,where the adult pool had nothing but deck chairs.,great idea to swap the areas as its very odd for a kids pool to have a swim up bar when adult pool has nothing. One last thing we noticed was between eating times you couldn't order...

"The most enjoyable part of the stay was the exceptionally helpful, friendly and entertaining staff. Some maintenance on the Bures is needed going forward. Just making sure the toilet seats are secured each time guests arrive , a mat inside the front door, and just some paint on marks would be recommended. Also a change up in the daily menu would be great. Overall we had a fun time."
