"Great location, stay, and property. The bar staff was very polite, taking our last orders and kindly leaving the TV on for us to watch the late-night games.
However, the only significant issue was the cleaning staff; they were intentionally rude and disruptive while cleaning just to ruin our World Cup experience and force us to leave."

"Overall pretty good experience. I read the reviews and was a little concerned but no. The rooms are not as small as people described, the staff was really helpful, it was super well located, and the pool and bar downstairs were amazing. I had to work from the hotel for a few hours and they have a nice mezzanine that you can work from while look at the ocean.
A few cons: the towel changing situation need to shift. I get that they want to save water and the environment but if we ask for towel...

"This was my first stay at the property Hampton Inn and Suites and 57th Ave, I was totally impressed with the warm welcome of the staff. The property is well maintained and the parking lot is very well lit. I have been to Florida on business for the past 9 months and I have tried several properties near the airport and this has been my best experience!

"Rooms small and a bit tired. Lack of hot water in shower was an exercise in cold Air-conditioning management. Air conditioning barely kept up with weather conditions.
It wasn’t the venue’s fault, but World Cup activity in town meant that the only parking available was in a public structure three blocks away. When I arrive with an exotic sports car, I am not comfortable with a parking situation, such as this.
