"Unbelievably friendly staff, entertainment was top notch and jaw dropping, the food was non stop and beyond this world you literally get a food coma after each meal, alcohol was always available, the best all inclusive hotel by far! Everything from the staff to the service to the food to the drinks to the shows and entertainments to the activities to the pool and beach areas to the stay, all remarkable! "We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by a Sea & Rent representative, only to be told that we were assigned a first-floor room—despite specifically booking a garden-level unit with direct access to the garden and pool. If they remove the carpet and put in different linoleum or tile flooring, it would be much better. The trash from outside also made our bathroom stink.
