The good: (1) everything - facility, room, dining area - was clean. (2) The dining area's coffee service - standard throughout IHG it seems - was above general hotel standard ... thanks! The bad: that breakfast was pretty basic.

Room was clean, had expected tolitries, breakfast was good. Adjacent to interstate so some road noise but didn’t bother me and did not really notice it. Cannot beat the price. I believe it was built in 2025.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, clean, and super comfortable. Fresh and delicous breakfast options were avialable and even a machine that grinds the coffee beans for even tastier coffee. The Avid Hotel was beyond my expectations, the only thing that i can say was not good was the fact that it is very close to the busy highway and i could hear the cars and trucks all day and all night. Honestly, that wouldnt stop me from staying there again!

Hotel is located near expressway. Lots of truck noise - might be better on other side of hotel. Breakfast sandwich must hsve been jn the warmer for while a bit hard. Staff was very pleasant. Very frinedly to pet. Including have a dog treat bowl. Nice area for grilling out - hotel offers grilling equipment.

This was my fourth stay at an Avid. Never seems to disappoint. The rooms are not huge, but do they really have to be? It isn't a capsule room of course but the units provide the right amount of room at an affordable cost. Beds are comfy, shower is refreshing, and breakfast is a shade above decent.

Great place to stay. Was told the building was built based on complaints from other reviews from within the hotel family/chain. Past complaints from other hotels included: Coffee machines dirty and microwave as well. Hotel didn't put these appliances in the new hotel rooms. That was totally ok. Very nice and clean complimentary breakfast area in the lobby. Coffee was grind to brew and very good. Good variety of breakfast options available. Don't be fooled about the entrance at the north end of the building. Some city ordinance required a sign . The main entrance is around the side in middle of the building. No pool, and that's ok also. If you absolutely need to go swimming, stay somewhere else. Pools require substantial maintenance and are often not up to standards. That also requires extra staff and is reflected by cost to the customers. I would definitely stay there again.

Check in was great. Front desk lady was super nice. The room seemed smaller than other hotels we've stayed at. The room had hard surface flooring, looked like it hadn't been swept in a while. The shower door wouldn't stay shut. We had a fan running all night but could still hear the traffic on the hwy. Breakfast was ok.
