"The staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly and helpful!! Whenever we are in the area we will be staying there😊 The room was perfect and had all we needed and more. If I have to say a negative, the only thing is the carpet has some stains, but how are you to avoid that?!! We loved this hotel!!"

"There was nothing wrong with hotel, overall. I just thought my room had a microwave, and that there was free breakfast. Also, there’s a small restaurant in the lobby that gives the impression of Starbucks but it’s not. They do sell their coffee though."

"Nic breakfast buffet with oat milk. Staff friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Quiet despite lots of families with younger kids. Close to everything and many walking distance food choices and a city park very close for walking. Would stay here again."

"Best hotel during our family roadtrip. We stayed here for 3 nights during a hockey tournament and it was AMAZING. THE BEST STAFF, breakfast was amazing, rooms were so clean, the pool and arcade were great too!!!! 100% recommend."

"We stay at the Bloomington, MN Hilton occasionally. It’s always clean and staff are friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast there. We had a pleasant dinner at the Chophouse the night before. Service was very good in the restaurant. Good place to stay and the rooms are affordable."

"This is a fantastic hotel for a family. First the waterpark. Super fun for adults and kids. They offer food and drinks for kids and adult beverages. The hotel has a bar and restaurant . But there is a Dave and Busters in the parking lot, Chic filet across the street , Dollar Tree , Crumbl Cookie and any other eating place or shopping place you could imagine is right there. Room was nice with bunk beds for the kids. Big parking lot. Would stay again for sure"

"Clean room but really run down property. Not worth the rate, upside is there are some dining options within walking distance"

"Extremely dirty in our hotel room. Pillow cases stained, washroom was very dirty, mold on shower curtain. Spoke with reception to remedy it 3 times . No change across a 6 night stay. Bed was made once in that time and pillows and sheets weren’t clean after change. Overall would not stay here. Recommend bringing cleaning materials if you end up staying here"

"So if you are a person who can’t walk far distances let them know straight away when you check in, this place is very large and you may have to walk kinda far. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is clean. We didn’t have any issues with noise. Oh and the breakfast was great, I was hoping for pancakes but they were all out of batter. Great place to stay tons of restaurants nearby and close to all major highways. Oh we will be back."
