"While the grounds, rooms, and majority of the staff were wonderful, we had a very poor experience at this hotel. Our power went out twice, once for 14 hours during our stay. We were not able to have showers, lights, or use any of the facilities in your room. I told the manager, Abel, about this issue and he did. "Our cabin was very nice: clean and comfortable with basic dishes, glasses, silverware, refrigerator, coffee pot, and hot plate. The property is beautiful and is within walking distance of restaurants, shops and markets. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. "

"Location was nice, convenient to catch local buses and tours and restaurants. Rooftop patio beautiful but it gets locked at night so you can't watch the stars. Water is hot, beds comfy, room was a good size. Noise travels, bring earplugs if light sleeper. No general place to check in with person, so need to read the signs on wall to be able to get wifi and message to checkin. Easy to miss when you are exhausted after travel. But owners very lovely and helpful with ideas on what to do."

"La habitación tenía las sábanas manchadas y sucias, las alfombras parecía que tenías tiempo que no las aspiraban, el chek-in peor que un Airbnb, tenían que mandarme una autorización de entraba que tenía que firmar y me la enviaron después de la entrada por qué tuve que solicitarla sino no daban la llave para entrar al cuarto y además la entrada hay un hueco que solo pueden entrar en 4x4 y pocos estacionamientos."
