Sheraton Hotel Cordoba

La atención del personal es muy amable. Utilicé los servicios de alimentos al cuarto y es muy bueno. La limpieza y comodidad es muy buena. No es fácil comunicarse al Hotel por teléfono desde afuera. El conmutador no es atendido. Para comunicarse con recepción desde el cuarto, por la noche también es complicado. Durante mis tres noches de estadía no pude utilizar internet. Solicité que lo resuelvan y no pudieron hacerlo. La gente de Sistemas decía que funcionaba todo bien, pero el mismo personal del hotel chequeó que no funcionaba. La verdad que fue una pena porque tuvieron la oportunidad de resolverlo y en tres días nunca tuve acceso a Internet. Tampoco se comunicó conmigo el Gerente como habían prometido. Para un viaje de negocios es fundamental resolver en tiempo y forma estos temas. La gente de Recepción super amable. Creo que deberían revisar algunos puntos de atención al huesped.

Nice place to stay very centric

We went there for a getaway from Friday to Monday, room was clean, spacious with a nice view, the WiFi worked well, only cons we required an extra bed it was provided but quite uncomfortable for our 10 years old, and parking was paid, the machine to pay was broken, I’d recommend having it included in the room rate, food was good but the restaurant is outdatted

When you arrive it seems very nice. People are very helpful unfortunately, the place needs a lot of work. The lobby is nice but the furniture is outdated. You sit on the sofa and you can’t get up. The room I got had dirty walls, the bed was super hard and the pillows were flat. When complaint about it they had me look at three other rooms and they were exactly the same. The most important part was that there were no USB ports for the phones or computers. I spent a day trying to get connected as I was there for work. It was really frustrating. I got it resolved but it was not a very good experience. The TV in the room had no access to Financial news and English Channel. I used the restaurant once, and left without eating as I asked for a grilled chicken breast and when I got it it had blood everywhere and the blood got on the mashed potatoes. Very frustrating. I do have to say they have a bar where you can have a little breakfast in the Mornings and the attendant named Jorge made sure the people that were there had a good Experience. I will look for other alternatives next time.
